Recipe:
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp oats
1/2 cup almond milk
2 scoops Feel Iceland Amino Marine Collagen powder
1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
1/2 banana

Toppings:
Fresh or frozen berries
Cacao nibs
Cinnamon
Coconut shavings

Healthy collagen pancakes Serves: 1-2 and makes 4

Healthy collagen pancakes
Serves: 1-2 and makes 4 pancakes, 5 min prep time

1/2 dl fine or spelt flour
1/2 dl whole wheat or spelp flour
1/2 tsp lifting powder
1/2 teaspoon fine table salt
1/2 dl oats
2 scoops of Collagen powder from Feel Iceland
1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp raisins
1/2 dl egg whites
1/2 dl oat milk
1 tsp vanilla drops
1-2 tbsp olive oil

Take a bowl and a spoon. Put all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir together with the spoon.
Next, combine all the wet ingredients with egg whites, oat milk, vanilla drops and oil. Mix well with a spoon and let stand while the pan is heated to the highest temperature. Then spray the pan with cooking spray and reduce the heat by half
Put the dough in 4 portions onto the pan and when holes have formed on top of the dough/pancakes, it's time to turn them over. Bake until they become light brown, because that's how they are best. Then spread with butter and cheese. Enjoy! ✨😇

Delicious collagen energy bars from @gulurraudurgraennogsalt that are super easy to make & are packed with good nutrition. A true superfood ✨

Ingredients:
• 150 g almonds
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp hemp seeds
• 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
•1 tbsp cocoa
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 spoons of Amino Marine Collagen from Feel Iceland
• 330 g dates, soft
• 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions:
• Place almonds in a food processor and grind finely.
• Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the dates and chocolate, to the food processor and mix well.
• Add 1 tablespoon of hot water if mixing is difficult. •Then add the dates and mix.
• Put the mixture in a form with parchment paper and press the mixture down.
• Melt the chocolate over a water bath.
• Leave in the refrigerator/freezer until the chocolate has solidified.
• Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge/freezer.
